Please call or visit us in person to check in-stock status for any particular firearm, receiver, upper or accessory. I will do my best to keep the website inventory updated frequently, but time is precious and inventory is constantly changing!

Firearms may be purchased in-person at my shop or you can pay for them via money order, cashier’s check or credit card (I collect a 4% convenience fee for any item purchased on a debit or credit card) and I can ship them to your local FFL for transfer to you (shipping fees are additional).

While we will always do our best to present you with accurate information, we are not responsible for typographical or clerical errors.

consignments:

We welcome your reasonably priced sporting goods-related consignments. There is NO FEE to consign your item with us! We keep a portion of your sale ONLY if your item sells. We are always seeking quality consignments for our shop — let US do the work of selling your items FOR you! Please contact us for details on our consignment program.

AMMUNITION:

We stock a wide selection of competitively-priced ammunition available in-store for our walk-in customers.  Let us know what you need -- we'll be happy to special order ammunition that we do not currently have on our shelves!

Pricing Policies:

Prices shown include all fees except for sales tax.  We collect 7% sales tax as per state requirements for all in-state sales.  We can also make arrangements to ship firearms (in- or out-of-state) to your local FFL.  Long guns usually ship for around $40.00 to $50.00 via UPS Ground, and handguns normally ship for about $25.00 to $30.00 via USPS Priority Mail in the Continental USA only.  We strongly recommend you purchase either a soft or hard case to ship your firearm in for protection in transit. We are not responsible for damage in shipping unless you have paid for shipping insurance. We are NOT responsible for typographical errors.

TRANSFERS:

We are happy to accept transfers on your behalf from individuals and other FFL’s. Transfer fees are per firearm. Transfers for which we are notified will be $40.00. Transfers for which we are not notified will be charged $60.00. Please notify us beforehand so we are aware of the transfer and so we can make sure you understand the complete process and what is required of the sender as there are different requirements for individuals vs. FFL’s. Once your transfer arrives, you have 30 days to pick it up. After 30 days pass, a $25.00 storage fee will be applied at the beginning of each additional 30 day period. Once the storage fees reach the current retail value (MSRP) of the firearm, the firearm is considered abandoned and we will claim the firearm in lieu of storage fees.

Returns Policies:

All sales of firearms and ammunition are FINAL.  Full manufacturer's warranties apply to ALL new firearms we offer for sale.  All used firearms are sold AS-IS with no warranty. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a licensed gunsmith inspect ALL used firearms BEFORE they are fired to verify they are indeed safe to operate.
